1. All sales are CASH ONLY at the time of bid for anyone without an established account.
2. All Bidders must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid ID and register inside the office to obtain a Bidder Number Before Auction Starts at 11:00 am.
3. All vehicles must be removed from our lot no later than 5:00 pm on the Monday following the sale. We offer towing services on a fee basis if you need assistance moving your vehicle.
4. All Vehicles are SOLD “AS IS, WHERE IS” with NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ABILITY TO TITLE
5. Anyone entering any vehicle not in the sale will be asked to leave (no exceptions).
6. Anyone removing any article from any vehicle, including but not limited to keys, can and will be prosecuted (no exceptions).
